General Terms

1. Booking and Payment: All services are confirmed only upon receipt of 75% advance payment. Please refer to our Payments and Refunds page for detailed policies.
2. Cancellation: Cancellation policies vary by package and timing. Please review the specific terms provided in your quote regarding cancellation fees and refund procedures.
3. Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, lost baggage, and other unforeseen events.
4. Liability: Andaman Xplorer acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and activity organizers. We endeavor to ensure quality services, but are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party providers.
5. Changes to Itinerary: While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, logistical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
6. Health and Safety: It is your responsibility to ensure you are medically fit for travel and activities. Please inform us of any pre-existing conditions or special requirements when booking.
7. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.

Must Carry

• Regular medication, sufficient cash, appropriate clothing (T-shirts, shorts, swimwear, slippers, sunscreen, towel, etc.) for beach visits and water activities.
• Photo ID proof for all travelers, age proof for children, and passports and restricted area permits for foreign nationals.
